Once you’ve submitted the application form, we’ll hop on a call to discuss your business and website needs. I’ll then create a custom proposal with a quote, project timeline, and service details.

If all looks good, you’ll receive a contract and deposit invoice to secure your spot.

Once you’ve completed the client questionnaire, I’ll begin crafting your website strategy to ensure we’re aligned from the start. This includes:

• A website audit to spot gaps and opportunities

• Rough mockup and layout structure

• Moodboard so we are aligned for the fun part

• Style and focus recommendations to guide our creative direction

You’ll get access to your Project Document to start uploading everything we need - Branding, Text, Images etc. To make it easy, you’ll also receive my Content Planning Guide for step-by-step support.

Once you’ve approved the initial mockup, I’ll begin bringing your site to life. Each package includes up to three rounds of amendments, ensuring your project feels just right for you.

Once everything’s polished and approved, it’s time to launch! I’ll take care of the final testing, mobile optimization, and smooth handover, making sure your website looks beautiful and works seamlessly across all devices.

You’ll receive a Launch Guide with everything you need to know moving forward, plus two weeks of post-launch support to help with any final tweaks or questions.
